December 16-29, 2024: Early bird beer registration
- Save $5 per entry if you register before the end of the year!
- All beers will be registered online through the Beer Awards Platform.
December 30, 2024: Standard registration
- All beers will be registered online through BAP.
February 9, 2025: Registration closes
- Registration closes at 11:59 PM MST.

February 10 – 14: Sample Drop-off Window
- Samples can be dropped off at Lewis & Clark Brewing Co. in Helena, MT between 8 AM and 5 PM on these dates only.
- No late drop offs, no exceptions.
February 19 – 22: Judging Dates
- Judging takes place between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
February 22: Awards Ceremony
- Awards ceremony and celebration at 5 – 9 PM at Lewis & Clark Brewing Co.
