Brewery Sales Manager

Bridger Brewing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and further develop our sales strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive growth, expand our market presence, and build strong relationships within the craft beer industry. The ideal candidate is outgoing and highly organized with experience in sales management, a strong understanding of the craft beer industry, and a passion for our brand.

This role is a key member of the Bridger Brewing team and will work closely with the Director of Operations, the brewpub General Managers and is supported by the Ownership Group. The Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for driving sales and maintaining a positive brand presence for all of our brewery products in the marketplace.

Brewer/Cellar Person

Missoula, Montana

Draught Works Brewery, established in 2011, is located in Missoula, Montana. We are currently looking for a full-time brewer to join our team. Currently distributing can and draught beer and seltzer throughout Montana, Draught Works is a single location production site with a tap room and was the 2014 Very Small Brewery of the Year at GABF.

Brewer:

Professional brewing experience and/or education are strongly preferred but all candidates will be considered. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; brew house operations, cellaring operations, QA/QC, and packaging assistance. Candidates must possess a great attitude, physical aptitude, be punctual, reliable, and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.

In addition, candidates should possess:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Monday through Friday availability with a flexible hourly schedule, weekend tasks will be required once a month.
Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting at least 60 lbs and moving at least 165 lbs, moving hoses, stooping, and climbing.
Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to follow SOPs, recipes, & procedures
Flexibility and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on safety.
A basic knowledge of chemistry and biology.
A great attitude!
