Brewery Sales Manager

Bozeman and Three Forks, Montana

Bridger Brewing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and further develop our sales strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive growth, expand our market presence, and build strong relationships within the craft beer industry. The ideal candidate is outgoing and highly organized with experience in sales management, a strong understanding of the craft beer industry, and a passion for our brand.

This role is a key member of the Bridger Brewing team and will work closely with the Director of Operations, the brewpub General Managers and is supported by the Ownership Group. The Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for driving sales and maintaining a positive brand presence for all of our brewery products in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail accounts in order to achieve sales targets and expand market share at both on and off-premise accounts.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) materials and provide regular sales reports.
• Collaborate closely with the brewing and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
• Represent Bridger Brewing at industry events, festivals, and promotional activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to assist the brewery team in identifying opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure sales compliance with all relevant alcohol beverage control regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the craft beer or beverage industry.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Understanding of the three-tier distribution system in Montana.
• Established relationships with distributors and retailers in Montana and/or surrounding markets is a significant plus.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills is a must.
• Passion for craft beer and at least a basic understanding of the brewing process.
• Ability to travel regularly within the designated sales territory.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

This is a salary position with benefits.
