Lazy I Beerworks was born out of a passion for delicious, fresh, and unique brews shared with a community of friends. Brewer and co-owner, Erick Iverson grew up in the Helena valley and his earliest and fondest childhood memories are fishing the Missouri River with his family. When he met co-owner and general manager Ashley Puerzer at a Biergarten in Portsmouth, VA, the conversation quickly turned to their shared love of craft beer and fishing.

Together they’ve embarked upon a journey to share this passion with their community in Central Montana and beyond. Lazy I strives to support our community by creating a welcoming, family friendly environment. Respectful of our heritage and history, Lazy I beers reflect the attributes of our people and the natural resources of this amazing state we call home.
